Tyler DeWitt is a microbiologist renowned for his ability to inspire children’s curiosity and make science accessible for all ages. Working with Tyler, children will explore the invisible world that lives around and inside all of us. Topics will touch on bacteria, viruses, plant and animal cells, ecology, the atomic world, and more.
Tyler attended Pine Cobble School and Brown University. He was National Science Fellow who earned his Ph.D. from MIT. He opened the 2017 March of Science in Washington DC, his TED Talk, Hey Science Teachers, Make it Fun, has been viewed 1.5 million times, and he runs one of the most popular education channels on YouTube.
Each day runs from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm; families may drop off their children as early as 8:00 am. There is also extended program from 4:00 – 5:30 pm at a cost of $75/week. Program costs $275 for the week if a deposit is made by May 1 and $300/week thereafter.
