To get a sense of what the following year holds, students “flip” up to their next year’s classroom to spend time with their future teacher. Then they “flop” back down again for the afternoon. Oh, and they wear flip-flops, of course!
Relay races! Water balloon fights! Dance parties! Parachute play! It’s an afternoon of laughter and cheers as students run around with teammates of all ages. Your child will be assigned a color to wear for the afternoon — look to communication from the teachers about their team color!
Grades 6-9 don their finest and dance the night away.
On the day before graduation, we all gather in the tent to recognize all children for who they are. Some academic, citizenship and athletic awards are also presented. Parents and friends of students in all grades are invited and encouraged to attend. ASK is available. Please contact ASK (ask@pinecobble.org) if your child plans to attend.
After the recognition day program, students, faculty, families and friends gather for a picnic, celebrating another great year.
