In early May the school comes together to celebrate the Spanish language and Latin cultures. Students in Early childhood prepare Spanish songs to sing to the community. Older students work on projects, which they present to the community in a celebration of culture, language, and learning.   

 This is an annual event that has been going on for over two decades and  celebrates the history of our school with a special event on a Saturday night in early May to which we hope all of our families will attend. Approximately once a month throughout the school year, the students in grades 7-9 organize a dance in the dining room on a Friday evening.
