Camp Cancellation Policy
If your family needs to cancel a week, your family will receive a full refund if a replacement camper can be found by your family and the replacement family has registered with payment. If your family needs to cancel a week and your family is unable to find a replacement camper, your family forfeits the camp fees for the cancelled week.
Limited Space: Any week that is indicated “Limited Space”, means there are only a few spaces still available and will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Registration for a “Limited Space” week does not guarantee placement. If space is no longer available, we will be in touch with you.
