PINE COBBLE SCHOOL ANNUAL PLANT SALE
Pine Cobble School at 163 Gale Road will host its annual Plant Sale from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 26. Gardeners from throughout the region donate hundreds of successful plants from their own gardens — ensuring hardy plants that can thrive locally. Plants are priced $2 to $8. Plants of all sizes will be available, including hundreds of shade- and sun-loving perennials, both flowers and foliage, as well as herbs and summer planters.
There will also be baked goods and coffee, as well as a raffle. All proceeds will directly benefit children in the community. Pine Cobble School — which receives no state or federal funding — draws much of its budget for field trips from the sale.
