An 18-acre campus located between the mountains of the Berkshires that features small class sizes for students ranging between Beginners and Grade 8.

Academic Divisions
Pine Cobble School features four different groupings to facilitate student learning, character development, and family engagement: Early Childhood (Beginners-Kindergarten), Lower School (Grades 1-3), Intermediate School (Grades 4-6), and Upper School (Grades 7-8). This approach allows students to both acquire and practice academic skills in safe learning environments while also establishing community between them and their families.

Meaningful Experiences

sense of voice through this year’s student publication, The Daily Possum.
Berkshire Museum: MOMU Exhibits
Continuing our partnership with the Berkshire Museum, Curriculum Developer, Joseph Mastronardi, visited our students
to present a lesson on the Mohican peoples and their culture and history as they relate to the land that we all occupy.
Critical Exploration
Students in 1st and 5th recently donned their science gear to participate in an activity designed to teach them about the animals within their environment while also testing their ability to adequately sort, file, and categorize both data and information.

Celebrating the enthusiasm, contributions, and presence of those that are part of the Pine Cobble community.
With kindness and energy, don Henry engages his students in language learning with crafts, call in response exchanges, singing, music, and other theatrical techniques. He finds joy in sharing the dynamism of the Spanish language along with the rich cultures associated with Spanish speaking peoples.
