Affording Pine Cobble

Pine Cobble values a socioeconomically diverse student body – something we achieve through robust need-based financial aid grants and tuition forgiveness.  In any given year, at least one-third of our students, often more, receive tuition assistance in some way. Our financial aid grants are need-based, do not need to be repaid, and vary from several hundred dollars to significantly more.

In addition, we offer a small number of scholarships to new students entering grades K-8, which will apply to the tuition for each academic year the student attends Pine Cobble School, providing the student remains in good standing. For additional information on our available scholarships and how to apply, click here.

A Pine Cobble education is a powerful investment – one that pays dividends over a child’s lifetime. Still, we know that no one commits to an independent school lightly. That’s why we work diligently to balance affordability and lifelong value. Again and again, families tell us that Pine Cobble wasn’t just worth it — it was life-changing for their child.

For current tuition and availability of scholarships, please contact Nicole LeBeau, Director of Admissions, at (413) 458-4680 or email admissions@pinecobble.org.

Financial Aid Process:

Financial aid is available for students in Kindergarten through eighth grade who could not otherwise afford tuition. Although all admission decisions are made independently of financial aid decisions, families should apply for aid online at: www.sssbynais.org/parents as early as possible, and submit their most recent tax return. Returning families’ requests are processed first, then new families are considered on a first come, first served basis. All decisions are based on need, which is assessed annually.
