Affording Pine Cobble

As a parent, choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions you will make.  At Pine Cobble School, we understand that excellent teachers, small class sizes, and access to a well-rounded educational experience in the arts, world languages, athletics, and beyond, will enable children to explore their passions, take risks, and to nurture their curiosity and creativity.   As important as what we do, is how we do it.  You are seeking a community that reflects your values and nurtures your child’s growth in every way.

As educators, we value the capacity for holding ourselves and our students to the highest of standards in a holistic educational pursuit.  Partnership with families is essential to our mission. Children thrive when their support systems are aligned. When children are challenged in ways that reflect a belief in their capabilities, and when they are offered a pathway that connects with their passions, their growth is unlimited.  We believe in preparing students not only for academic success, but to be compassionate, capable, and thoughtful members of their communities.

Pine Cobble is committed to ensuring that our school is accessible to families from a wide range of economic backgrounds.  Every Pine Cobble family makes an investment in their child’s tuition; our financial aid program provides a bridge for families who qualify and is available to students in grades K-8.

TUITION ASSISTANCE

We encourage any family with concerns about affordability to apply for tuition assistance.  Each application is reviewed thoughtfully and confidentially, with careful consideration given to individual circumstances.

While we strive to support as many families as possible, tuition assistance awards are limited.  Priority is given to current students, followed by eligible new applicants.  Demand often exceeds available funds, but we are committed to making a Pine Cobble education accessible to as many families as possible.  In 2025-2026, 55% of our students received some level of financial assistance.

Applications completed after April 10th and over the course of the summer months will be evaluated on a rolling basis.  Please understand that most, if not all, of our financial assistance funds available may already be allocated to accepted families.  Please contact the admission office directly to determine if you should complete the Clarity Tuition financial aid application for admission.
